Privacy Policy
The following Privacy Policy sets out rules for storing and accessing data on User Devices using the Service for the purpose of the provision of electronic services by the Administrator and rules for the collection and processing of Users' personal data, which were provided by them personally and voluntarily via the tools available on the Website.
The following Privacy Policy is an integral part Terms of Service, which sets out the rules, rights and obligations of Users using the Website.
§1 Definitions

- External service – websites of partners, service providers or clients cooperating with the Administrator
- Service / Data Administrator – The Administrator of the Website and the Data Administrator (hereinafter the Administrator) is the company „Jupiter-Integration Sp. z o.o.”, operating at the address: ul. Żegańska 2A, 04-713 Warszawa, with the assigned Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9522145989, with the assigned KRS number: 0000611963, providing electronic services via the Website
- User – a natural person to whom the Controller provides electronic services via the Website.
- Device – electronic device together with software, through which the User gains access to the Website
- Cookies – text data gathered in the form of files placed on the User's Device
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Personal data – mean information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person („data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person
- Processing – means any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
- Restriction of processing – denotes the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their future processing
- Profiling – means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements
- Agreed data subject's consent means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her
- Personal data breach – means a security incident leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed
- Pseudonymisation – means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person
- Anonymisation Data anonymisation is an irreversible process of data operations that destroys / overwrites „personal data”, making it impossible to identify or link a given record to a specific user or natural person.
§2 Data Protection Officer
Pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, the Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
In matters concerning data processing, including personal data, you should contact the Controller directly.
§3 Types of Cookies
- First-party cookies – files placed on and read from the User's Device by the ICT system of the Website
- Third-party cookies – files placed on and read from the User's Device by the ICT systems of external Services. The scripts of external Services that may place Cookie files on the User's Device have been knowingly placed in the Service via scripts and services made available and installed in the Service
- Session cookies – files placed and read on the User's Device by the Website during a single session of the given Device. Once the session has ended, the files are deleted from the User's Device.
- Persistent cookies – files placed and read on the User's Device by the Website until they are manually deleted. Files are not automatically deleted at the end of the Device session unless the User Device configuration is set to delete cookies at the end of the Device session.
§4 Data storage security
- Mechanisms for storing and reading cookies Mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between Cookies saved on the User's Device and the Service are implemented through built-in web browser mechanisms and do not allow the collection of other data from the User's Device or data from other websites visited by the User, including personal data or confidential information. The transfer of viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User's Device is also practically impossible.
- First-party cookies – Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that could threaten the security of personal data or the security of the Device used by the User.
- Third-party cookies – The Administrator takes all possible measures to verify and select website partners with regard to Users' security. The Administrator selects well-known, large partners with global public trust for cooperation. However, they do not have full control over the content of Cookies originating from external partners. To the extent permitted by law, the Administrator shall not be liable for the security of Cookies, their content, or the licence-compliant use of Scripts installed on the website that originate from external websites. - User-side risks – The Administrator applies all possible technical measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookies. It should be noted, however, that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User's activity. The Administrator shall not be liable for the interception of such data, impersonation of the User's session or their deletion as a result of deliberate or accidental activity of the User, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware with which the User's Device may be or has been infected. In order to protect themselves against these threats, Users should follow recommendations for using the internet.
- Storage of personal data – The Administrator ensures that they make every effort to ensure that personal data voluntarily entered by Users is secure, and that access to it is restricted and carried out in accordance with its intended use and processing purposes. The Administrator also ensures that they make every effort to secure the data in their possession against loss by applying appropriate physical and organisational security measures.

§9 Access to personal data by third parties
As a rule, the sole recipient of personal data provided by Users is the Administrator. Data collected as part of the provided services are not transferred or resold to third parties.
Access to data (most commonly on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement) may be held by entities responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and services necessary to run the website, such as:

Entrustment of processing of personal data – Hosting, VPS or Dedicated Server Services
For the purpose of running the website, the Administrator uses the services of an external hosting provider, VPS, or Dedicated Servers – OVH sp. z o.o... All data collected and processed on the website is stored and processed on the service provider’s infrastructure located in Poland. Access to the data may occur as a result of maintenance work carried out by the service provider’s staff. Access to this data is governed by the agreement concluded between the Controller and the Service Provider.
§10 Manner of processing personal data
Personal data provided voluntarily by Users:
- Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union, unless they have been published as a result of the User's individual action (e.g. entering a comment or post), which will make the data available to anyone visiting the website.
- Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making (profiling).
- Personal data will not be resold to third parties.

§12 Period of personal data processing
Personal data provided voluntarily by Users:
Co do zasady wskazane dane osobowe są przechowywane wyłącznie przez okres świadczenia Usługi w ramach Serwisu przez Administratora. Są one usuwane lub anonimizowane w okresie do 30 dni od chwili zakończenia świadczenia usług (np. usunięcie zarejestrowanego konta użytkownika, wypisanie z listy Newsletter, itp.)
Wyjątek stanowi sytuacja, która wymaga zabezpieczenia prawnie uzasadnionych celów dalszego przetwarzania tych danych przez Administratora. W takiej sytuacji Administrator będzie przechowywał wskazane dane, od czasu żądania ich usunięcia przez Użytkownika, nie dłużej niż przez okres 3 lat w przypadku naruszenia lub podejrzenia naruszenia zapisów regulaminu serwisu przez Użytkownika

Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo wstrzymania realizacji żądania usunięcia danych w celu ochrony prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora (np. w gdy Użytkownik dopuścił się naruszenia Regulaminu czy dane zostały pozyskane wskutek prowadzonej korespondencji).
W przypadku usługi Newsletter, Użytkownik ma możliwość samodzielnego usunięcia swoich danych osobowych korzystając z odnośnika umieszczonego w każdej przesyłanej wiadomości e-mail. - Prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych

Użytkownikom przysługuje prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania jego danych osobowych w przypadkach określonych w art. 21 RODO, realizowane na żądanie złożone do Administratora - Prawo wniesienia skargi
Użytkownikom przysługuje prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych.

§15 Wymagania Serwisu
- Ograniczenie zapisu i dostępu do plików Cookie na Urządzeniu Użytkownika może spowodować nieprawidłowe działanie niektórych funkcji Serwisu.
- Administrator nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności za nieprawidłowo działające funkcje Serwisu w przypadku gdy Użytkownik ograniczy w jakikolwiek sposób możliwość zapisywania i odczytu plików Cookie.

W Serwisie – artykułach, postach, wpisach czy komentarzach Użytkowników mogą znajdować się odnośniki do witryn zewnętrznych, z którymi Właściciel serwisu nie współpracuje. §17 Zmiany w Polityce Prywatności
- Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo do dowolnej zmiany niniejszej Polityki Prywatności bez konieczności informowania o tym Użytkowników w zakresie stosowania i wykorzystywania danych anonimowych lub stosowania plików Cookie.
- Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo do dowolnej zmiany niniejszej Polityki Prywatności w zakresie przetwarzania Danych Osobowych, o czym poinformuje Użytkowników posiadających konta użytkownika lub zapisanych do usługi newsletter, za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej w terminie do 7 dni od zmiany zapisów. Dalsze korzystanie z usług oznacza zapoznanie się i akceptację wprowadzonych zmian Polityki Prywatności. W przypadku w którym Użytkownik nie będzie się zgadzał z wprowadzonymi zmianami, ma obowiązek usunąć swoje konto z Serwisu lub wypisać się z usługi Newsletter.
